Five bucks
The Coe Hill Girls were born at the Hideaway Grill in Coe Hill, we had just bought a house on the main street and had booked a gig at the local restaurant. Before we started Saskia, one of the owners, asked us what we were called, we looked at each other dumbfounded, (not uncommon), and the rest is history.
Janet has a B.Mus degree from Queen’s University and has studied and played music since she was 5 years old. She has played in musical theater and piano bar as well as with such bands as Groovy G, The Elaine Dark Band, Princess (the music of Prince), and the jdw band. Aimee has been a rockin’ guitarist since she was a teenager. She has avidly followed and studied her favourite players such as Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Keith Richards, George Harrison and Jimmy Page. She currently plays with Random Order, the Coe Hill Girls and the jdw band.
